These terms explain what Rent Resolver does, what it does not do, and how to use it responsibly when a Dubai tenancy problem needs a next step.
Information, not legal representation
Rent Resolver provides general, informational guidance about UAE and Dubai residential tenancy matters. It is not legal advice, does not create a lawyer-client relationship, and does not provide legal representation. We do not act for you before the Dubai Rental Disputes Centre, a court, or any government authority.
Your responsibility
Read your report carefully and check dates, amounts, notices, and documents against your own records. Laws, regulations, official guidance, and case outcomes can change. A report cannot confirm every fact or predict what a landlord, tenant, authority, or tribunal will decide. Get independent professional advice before taking an important legal or financial step.
Use the service honestly
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and only upload documents you are permitted to share. Do not use the service to impersonate another person, submit misleading information, or interfere with another person’s tenancy matter.
Reports and saved cases
Your free customised case report is prepared from the information you provide. Keep a copy of anything important and protect your case link if one is provided. Anyone who can access that link may be able to see the case information connected to it. Availability of saved cases, return links, and future features may change as the public service develops.
Support and contact
If you need help using the service, email support@rentresolver.com and include your case reference if you have one. Support can help with using the service, but cannot give legal advice or represent you.
Acceptance
By using Rent Resolver, you confirm that you understand these limits and will use the service for lawful, personal tenancy information. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
